The Thin Pill Reviews
About The Thin Pill
The Thin Pill, found online at TheThinPill.com, is a new “As Seen On TV” product that promises to give both men and women access to “a complete weight loss system without the jitters.”
How Does It Work?
Though many over the counter weight loss supplements and products enhance your body’s ability to burn fat and calories by providing your body with high levels of caffeine and other stimulants, The Thin Pill says their product does not do this.
Instead, they are “a powerful new way to help with weight loss,” giving people the ability to support a healthy metabolism, boost your energy without any jitters, and support the breakdown of fats within your body.
All you have to do is take a single capsule in the morning and then another capsule just 30 minutes before you decide to exercise.
Ingredients and Side Effects
There is some disagreement or confusion on this website as to what ingredients are included in this supplement. While the ingredients page provides their list of included ingredients as 5-HTP, Chromium, Magnolia Bark, and Cinnamon Bark Extract, the actual picture of the product ingredient label shows a different list of ingredients, including Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCI, L-Tyrosine, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Caffeine Anhydrous, and Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract.
Though reason would say to follow the ingredient list that is printed on their supplement label, the majority of the ingredients on this label are intended for improvement in memory and concentration rather than weight loss. The only two ingredients on this list that have been associated with weight loss are Green Tea Leaf Extract and Caffeine Anhydrous.
You can choose to purchase a single bottle for a one-time fee of $29.95 plus $5.95 in Shipping and Handling, or you can choose to make a volume purchase. The first option lets you pay for two bottles and receive the third bottle for free, priced at $59.90, plus $11.90 Shipping and Handling, while the second volume order lets you pay for four bottles and receive three bottles for free, and is priced at $119.90, plus $23.80 in Shipping and Handling.
The only mention of a potential Refund Policy is a single line on the home page, which states that they do offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee, as well as a “Lose one size or your money back” Guarantee. Unfortunately, there are no details regarding either of these policies anywhere on their website, including in the available Terms and Conditions.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who wish to contact Customer Service with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by email at Info@TheThinPill.com.
It appears that this product is still extremely new to the market, and as such there are very few reviews of The Thin Pill provided by actual customers and users. However, there are ways to evaluate this product without customer reviews.
First, it’s a very serious issue that the website is unable to keep a correct and accurate list of ingredients available for customers considering ordering their product. In addition, neither list of ingredients they provide is a list that is closely related to weight loss or increased metabolism – only three ingredients of the nine they listed have any association with weight loss, and of those three only one (Green Tea Extract) has ever been shown in a scientific study to actually have any positive effect on weight loss consistently.
And while it is a very good sign that this company allows their customers to purchase their products with a one-time fee and no risk of being forced enrolled into an auto-shipment program, it is a very bad sign that they don’t offer their customers any Refund Policy.
The fact that they mention the ability to get a refund, as well as a “lose one size” guarantee, but do not offer a single detail about what you need to do to request this refund or to take advantage of this guarantee basically means these two policies are worthless.

My husband signed up for the 14 day trial on the 13th of November. We didn't received the pills until after Christmas and they had already charged our account $59.95 TWICE. My husband called trying to cancel and get a refund and they told him he was not entitled to a refund because the 14 days were over. He was told that he can cancel so he won't get any more shipments and to enjoy the pills since he already paid for them. They delay the shipment so that you do not get the pills till after the trial time is over. They say it doesn't matter when you received the pills, the 14 day trial starts the very same day you place your order.
I was horrified to see a charge of $119.90 on my credit card statement. When I called I spoke to an extremely rude woman who kept stating "In the fine print". They kept stating they would send me emails, but I have NEVER received an email from Thin Pill. Upon further review of my statements, I have now discovered another charge a month ago of $60. So, for my "Free Trial", I have now paid over $180.00. SCAM! SCAM! In addition, no real benefit to the pills either. Very regretful, and a lesson learned.
Will not send you any correspondence regarding the T&C of your initial order, will auto renew at a ridiculous amount (site says $29.95 and keeps changing the listed amount almost weelky but will charge $60) and they give some BS clause that, if you try to challenge the charge, the card company will honor the transaction. can only get ahold of customer service by threatening litigation if no response, no social media sites to view comments.
This is definitely a scam you will be overcharged on your credit card and will auto refill and is another worthless product
This product does not work!!!! Used it for nearly and month, and all I received was a bloated stomach!!! I asked for a refund, as promised, however, they only gave me $15.00. Said because I used a portion of the bottle, I could only receive the $15.00! Duh??? What does Lose a size or your money back mean???? Maybe Thin Pill should say " Lose a size, or half your money back! Scam! Scam! Scam!
